We're excited to bring you the brand new HyberBlast laser tag system in our new arena.  The HyberBlast system will bring many more features to CyberTag and should make for a better experience than ever before!  Keep reading as we touch on a few of the new features that this system has to offer.

User Names

No more getting stuck with a vest with a unchangeable silly name that you don't like.  Now at the beginning of each game you get to set your own CyberTag user name. This will make it much easier for you to see your score at the end of the game, as well as your friends' scores!

Real-time Scoring

Remember having to scan your vest at the end of every game?  Those were the good ole days.  Now you can view your score and rank on the back of your phaser (gun) during the game.  This way you know if you need to step up to snatch first place!  Or maybe you've already clinched it!  Real-time scoring also allows people in the lobby to see who's winning and who's tagging who right when it happens!

New Game Variants

The new HyperBlast system opens up many more ways to play CyberTag.  Along with the classic variants "Team" and "Solo" we can now bring you new types such as "Capture the Flag" and "Juggernaut".  Visit our Game Variants section to read more!

Power Ups

Ever wondered what that little black button does on the front of the vests?  Now it gives you shields and photons!  Hold down the button to receive a shield that will make you temporarily invincible.  Tap the button to give your phaser a short high speed burst of fire.  But use these power ups wisely, because they are limited!

Megablaster

The Megablaster can be used for many things, but in most game variants it can be described as a type of land mine.  Once a player shoots the Megablaster, everyone has only a few seconds to hide before it detonates.  The Megablaster will shoot at everyone within range except the player who detonated it.  Be careful though, it will even tag your team mates!
